What is Glamping?
Glamping is a fusion of the words "glamorous" and "camping". It is intended to describe a style of accommodation that has amenities that are generally not associated with traditional camping. At Little Elephant Camp we understand that many people want to experience sleeping under canvas in the African bush but don't want all the hassle of setting up tents, rolling out beds and not having access to toilet and shower facilities. Little Elephant Camp provides guests with the experience of sleeping under canvas without sacrificing luxury. Little Elephant Camp is Uganda's first glamping camp and it's more than just a place to stay....it's an experience!
